Hello! I'm Francisco, a Colombian computer science Ph.D. student at Brown University working with Professors Stephen Bach and Michael Littman. This GitHub repository is a collection of my projects, research, and experiments in machine learning, reinforcement learning, and language-based decision making.

Before starting my Ph.D. at Brown, I served as an engineering lead at Rappi, where I worked on a range of machine learning and optimization problems. My work included forecasting orders for better fleet allocation, estimating delivery times, generating routes, and matching couriers with orders.
I'm excited by opportunities to contribute new ideas at the intersection of machine learning, reinforcement learning, and real-world decision-making systems.
