The Error in build the ops #3

Thank you for your wonderful work!
I have prepared the environment as you suggested with
Ubuntu20.04
Python 3.6
Pytorch 1.2
CUDA 10.0
but there was still something wrong when I was building the ops.
It seems possible that this is a problem with the c++ version.
So could you please tell me the version of c++ you are using for your experiment?
