Nomenclature:

Starting Symbols

• • : Represents a primary key constraint
• @ : Represents a foreign key constraint
• # : Represents a polymorphic key constraint

Terminal Symbols

• ? : Means the value can be NULL
• ! : Means the value must be unique
• • : Means the value can be unique and nullable
