It is unmaintained and growing bugs (cuts off line at word wrap, rarely passes selection, the latest version is 2.7.0 but its about page says 2.6.4 ...).
Options: figure out how to do it via nppExec; find an older version of NpptoR that still works (with latest npp and R); or add strong caveats...
