Add form wizard support

It would be a nice enhancement if FODFormKit could provide support to create wizard-based forms. This means that a user can be guided through several forms (next/previous) where "next" is only available if non-optional-fields are filled. Only at the end of the wizard the "save" or finish option is available.

Thanks, good idea! I think many of the bits for this are already in place so I will look into it.
