Adding prices is not possible when the UOM conversion factor is global

This was introduced with #50231

We manage all our conversion factors in the global conversion factor doctype and do not add the same conversion factor for every item that uses it.

I believe this to be the more intuitive logic and the check to require a conversion factor on the item level is unnecessary.
