Simple Desktop IRC Client built with NetIRC open-source library.
- Download Zip from the latest release assets.
- Extract all files to a folder
- Go to the folder and run NetIRC.Desktop.exe
You might have to download and install .NET Framework 4.6.1
NetIRC is a Simple Portable IRC Client Library written in C# targeting .NETStandard 2.0 and .NET Framework 4.6.1.
