Adds support for the .ddeb extension, currently in use by Ubuntu for packages with debug symbols.

I just learned that we have this need as well. The changes look good afaics. @mmoll @domcleal do you see any problems with this PR? I could upgrade our own freight instance and test this out if needed.

I believe that when I was about to test this I my colleague switched to aptly for the project which would have required ddeb. So, I don't realy have the raw material to test this easily anymore, except for regressions in my particular use-case.

@mmoll a colleague of mine reported that this PR works as intended. Perhaps we could merge this? I can generate a new freight package as well - we'd want that for ourselves anyways.
