- 新增 -m/--message 选项用于生成提交信息
- 支持 -b 和 -m 组合使用同时输出分支名和提交信息
- 更新版本号至 0.2.3 并同步相关文档
- 将 --generate-branch 短选项从 -gb 改为 -b
更新 README 和 README_CN 文档，添加 -m/--message 选项说明和示例用法。同时修改 CLI 参数别名，将 -gb 改为 -b，并添加 generate_message 字段支持同时生成分支名和提交信息的功能。 Signed-off-by: jinlong <jinlong@tencent.com>
