New lines are added after comment in measure type

Problem description

when defining measures and having a comment in the same line fantomas inserts a new line even though not needed. if you run the formatter multiple times it will continue adding new lines

Extra information

• The formatted result breaks my code.
• The formatted result gives compiler warnings.
• I or my company would be willing to help fix this.
• I would like a release if this problem is solved.
