Error: Base object of a deltified object is not present in the pack

Hi,
thanks for this library. I've tried to use it, however, I'm stuck with the following error when pushing:

remote: Error processing the request: Protocol error. Base object f9db52e545cb32f6208b35db3b76219c13e6d3b4 of a deltified object is not present in the pack.

The first push always succeeds, all other ones fail. Do you have any idea?
I'm using the samle script right now.

All that's needed for a reproduction is starting the sample script, creating a repo and a commit, pushing it and then creating a second commit and trying to push that.

After some deeper inverstigation it seems like the object which is referenced can either be in the packfile or already existing on the server. That means, if we don't find the object in the packfile, we'd need to try getting it using getObject(req, sha1).
