Import/initialize data for SNES, X, MV, GPL, and Climax

Data-import/initialization commands should be updated to support games other than GX.

Then, the header menu should be updated to link to those games' pages.

Special notes for X and SNES which have NTSC/PAL timer differences:

• With FZC's PAL setting, "NTSC versions" of times are still the times that are actually stored in the database. Caveats of this implementation are described here: Fix PAL detection fzerocentral#65

• The PAL setting did not always work in the past, or worked inconsistently depending on browser, leading some PAL players to simply leave their profile in NTSC mode and do conversions on their own.
