Fixes claude_patch frequently returning non-diff output in parallel patch worker runs by harvesting a git diff from Claude Code edits (then resetting worktree before applying/committing).
Also adds /parallel/queue-state and shows an Idle detail badge in the UI so 'Running but nothing happening' explains deps/backoff.
