[WPML] Block error when translating alt text of Images

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Activate WPML’s Multilingual CMS and WPML Translation Management
2. Setup the WPML languages to English (main) and Spanish
3. change stackable slug to: stackable-ultimate-gutenberg-blocks
4. In a new page add a v3 Image block / Card block
5. Upload an Image and edit its Alt text & description
6. Begin translating the page by clicking the Translate at the bottom part.
7. Complete the translation
8. Save the page and go to the Pages list in wp-admin
9. Go to the Spanish pages list
10. click the page you have translated
11. The image block shows block error
