- Added OAuthAppsResource — new toggle() method, wired into resources/init.py and DialpadClient. Applied to both repos.
- Forked package for PyPI — updated setup.py, .bumpversion.cfg, README.md, create_release.sh, dev_requirements.txt, and a test comment to reflect new name (python-dialpad-httpx-open), version (1.0.0), and author. Internal dialpad module unchanged for drop-in compatibility.
