This is trivial, just 2 extra JVM options (the settings make it possible to test the paging functionality of the OAI server with fewer datasets than the normal/otherwise sensible defaults).
But please review and see if I messed anything up in organizing these config files/if I missed anything... My first time, please be forgiving, etc.
