Ingested file detection is broken #38
Description
in v0.3, a ~typo in the code prevented an ingested file from being recognized, i.e. if test.csv was uploaded and ingest created test.tab, when trying to re-upload the test.csv file the code would not recognize that it was already in the dataset (and uncheck it by default).
