Is tab_ingest setting missing in _get_json_data ?

It looks like the tab_ingest setting is part of the file object and should be bundled with the json data when passed to the API. It looks like the tab_ingest setting is not included in the json data (link to approximate code location where tab_ingest should be set)

@chrisjcameron thanks for reaching out about this! Yes, it’s definitely missing in the native upload, which it shouldn't. I’ve already pushed a fix to another branch, but I’m still having trouble getting the CI to run. Something seems to be blocking the builds. Once I figure out what’s going on, I’ll open a PR with the fix.

The branch is working great for me:

1. It does not generate validation errors when I try to set target sample size
2. It sets the target sample size value correctly
