Overview
This PR migrates the main HTTP library used in DVUploader from
aiohttptohttpxfor a cleaner implementation and in alignment with the recent pyDataverse release. In addition, the librarytenacityhas been introduced to replace the previous retry routines. This PR also includes a minor cleanup and the addition of aruffworkflow for linting as well as acodepellworkflow to check for spelling mistakes.TLDR
