Vim loaded to edit files is unusable

Steps to reproduce

When working with conductor to set a new project during /conductor setup phase the produced files are not fully visible (many lines are hidden). I select suggest changes and use Open in vim option.

Actual result

Unfortunately the way the editor loads still makes it's unusable - it still shows information that lines are hidden. I have to fallback to using a second terminal with vim to review the files before approving them.

Expected result

Vim should work correctly.

Workarounds

• use CTRL+O (like in Open) to see full file
• use vim in another terminal
