Show function parameters for completion in VSCode

I was watching YouTube and saw an example of function parameters in the completion list.

Currently this is how we look in VSCode. I think the documentation/full signature is supposed to be in the right panel but we just have some context which is pretty lame.

Here's how it looks in Sublime Text. The context is now on the right side of the list (there's a more button to show documentation). Not sure how to unify this for both clients yet.
