The schema validation has just one mainfram now.
It reads the schema digest map from a file in sub-directory ~/GenevaERS
It can produce a detailed report of the stored procedures, tables, indexes and foreign keys (-D)
It can also write the schema digest map -- mainly for our use (-A)
It has been tested on Windows and ZOS
