statistics service requires to specify workspace name

Currently it is not possible to specify a layer in the statistics service without indicating the workspace (workspace:layerName).

We can allow to use just the layer name accepting also the workspace to avoid collisions. In this late case, we should use the URI instead of the workspace name.
