Problems without mobile internet

Hello,
If the app, which has already downloaded the profile, is opened without an internet connection, the profile cannot be installed. I think this already worked in older app versions.
Users download the profile on a different Wi-Fi network (e.g., at home) and then want to connect on campus without mobile internet.
App version: 2.1.7(2675)

Thanks for reporting this issue. I believe this stems from the app wanting to retrieve the most up to date profile information before trying to connect, even though this might not be fully required. I'll investigate wether or not this is something we want to support.
