User credentials are stored in plaintext on all users by default inside the connection profile and I can't find a way to avoid it. I used the GUI to create the connection profile and then went to Settings > Network & Wireless, clicked "Settings" on the eduroam connection profile and then "Wi-Fi Security". Here, I could simply click "Show password" to view it, and checking "Ask for password every time" and saving the profile made me lose the connection. Is there a fix to this? We are using some of the same computers with one common lab user, and it would be good if it was possible to login to eduroam using individual user credentials and not storing them system-wide (or even in the one user that several people use).
