Command errors not reported to Sentry #146
Description
Stricli catches exceptions thrown in command functions and doesn't re-throw them. This means errors never reach the withTelemetry catch block, so they're displayed to the user but never sent to Sentry.
The exceptionWhileRunningCommand callback is where Stricli gives us access to the exception before formatting - we need to call Sentry.captureException there.
