Looks like [everything we need for debug uploads from CLI](https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-cli/blob/28c9a0fc684228c6c90f9afeec379314dc3dd79f/src/utils/dif_upload/mod.rs#L1468-L1472) has been supported for [at least three years](https://github.com/getsentry/sentry/blame/babbe06cef272c6a0fd419dfdfcb269b88b9cfcf/src/sentry/api/endpoints/chunk.py#L31-L44), and there is no way to override the `accept` values per-organization. So, in 3.0, we can assume that all formats we want to upload are supported by the server.
