Update Astro support on Cloudflare

Description

Basically document this: getsentry/sentry-javascript#19265

We need to remove the Cloudflare Pages plugin from the docs page (or at least move it to a hint "Using Astro on Cloudflare Pages?" and explain that it should be used with Cloudflare Workers instead but still document how.

We also only support @astro/cloudflare@12 for now
