Add Radiography integration

Add optional Radiography integration to automatically capture view hierarchy in case of a crash. Can be sent as a text file via an attachment.

The benefit is that it also supports Jetpack Compose.

This is partially blocked by getsentry/sentry-cocoa#1772 if we decide going with the 1st option.

1. Ideally, we'd do a quick investigation for Cocoa support, so we'd know if it's possible and what the widget tree would look like, the reason is that we already know what the file format looks like for Android but not for iOS.

Suggesting a file format where Sentry would special case and display either a new tab or a pop-up screen (preview) specifically for radiography would enable us to develop specific features for radiography such as collapsing or hiding elements.

The UI team will need to be part of it as well.

2. The other option is that if we go with the current file format for Android, and iOS does what's possible, if later we decide adding this feature on Sentry UI, either the event ingestion parse both files to a preferred data structure where Sentry UI handles it or we'd need to do a breaking change.
