Nitro SDK

### Description

We now have two SDKs for frameworks that run on [the nitro server toolkit](https://nitro.unjs.io/). The [Nuxt SDK](https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-javascript/tree/develop/packages/nuxt) and the [SolidStart SDK](https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-javascript/tree/develop/packages/solidstart).

We would like to write an OpenTelemetry instrumentation for Nitro, similarly to the [OpenTelemetry express instrumentation](https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-js-contrib/tree/main/plugins/node/opentelemetry-instrumentation-express), to further instrument applications of our users and eventually contribute it upstream.

Most of the things are instrumented in the Nuxt and/or SolidStart SDK.
