Bug: Version Conflict in OpenTelemetry Instrumentation
The upgrade of @opentelemetry/instrumentation-generic-pool to 0.48.0 creates a version conflict for @opentelemetry/instrumentation. The package depends on ^0.203.0, but the updated generic-pool instrumentation requires ^0.204.0. These non-overlapping ranges can cause dependency resolution issues and runtime conflicts.
