Bug: OpenTelemetry: Instrumentation Version Conflict
Version mismatch between @opentelemetry/instrumentation-express@0.57.0 and @opentelemetry/instrumentation@^0.204.0. The express instrumentation package requires @opentelemetry/instrumentation@^0.208.0 but the package still depends on ^0.204.0, causing multiple conflicting versions to be installed with different transitive dependencies like import-in-the-middle and require-in-the-middle.

Bug: Transitive Dependency Version Conflict
The package directly depends on import-in-the-middle@^1.14.2 but the updated @opentelemetry/instrumentation-express@0.57.0 transitively requires import-in-the-middle@^2.0.0 through @opentelemetry/instrumentation@^0.208.0, creating a version conflict that may cause multiple incompatible versions to be installed.
