Bug: OpenTelemetry Upgrade: Peer Dependency Hell
Bumping @opentelemetry/instrumentation-mongodb to 0.61.0 introduces a peer dependency mismatch. The package now requires @opentelemetry/instrumentation@^0.208.0, but @sentry/node directly depends on @opentelemetry/instrumentation@^0.204.0. This causes two different versions of the instrumentation package to be installed, along with incompatible versions of import-in-the-middle (v1 vs v2) and require-in-the-middle (v7 vs v8), which can lead to conflicting monkey-patching behavior and runtime instrumentation failures.
