Upgrade the performance test apps (TestAppPlain/TestAppSentry) on the latest RN version.
- This is a followup on chore(ci): Fixes performance tests failure due to Boost dependency URL unavailability #4414
- It may also allow us to run the metrics tests with the latest Ubuntu version chore(ci): Pin the CI Environment to Ubuntu 22.04 for metrics android #4424.
- It might also help fixing the flaky tests Flaky E2E Metrics App Start Time #3413
