Split tests into iOS and Android

For example, changes inside /ios probably don’t affect Android and thus, tests and sample apps shouldn’t run for those changes.
Using https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-react-native/blob/main/.github/file-filters.yml it should be doable (in some cases).
