ci: free up disk space for android build

📜 Description

Android builds became flaky after a recent RN update - running out of space. This way we free up additional 10 GiB to get rid of the errors. I've done this by removing the few of the largest & unused pieces of the VM.

Thank you, I've noticed this on the Native Tests/android (related pr) as well.

The PR looks good.

I think we should add the disk-cleanup action to the Native Tests/android and react-native-test/android tests as well.

Do the react-native-build/android task fail on disk space or on ram?

Then it's good to merge.

Do you know roughly how much space it frees up? How long it takes on avg (I've seen ~30s in a few samples which is ok)?
