Publish wheels

dessert also doesn't have wheels. I opened getslash/dessert#32 to help in this effort.

@pierreluctg noticed the maintainership conversation and am hopeful you can help out with this issue!

It also appears that emport is still fully owned by @vmalloc. I wonder if it'd be beneficial to transfer that to the getslash org since it kinda already seems like it's part of the ecosystem.

You're a maintainer, right? And a direct owner of https://github.com/vmalloc/emport so in order to publish wheels your input would be required.

Yes that's correct. However I have very little time nowadays to do actual work on these projects. Contributions are more than welcome though!

I'm not sure this is something that can be contributed (beyond what I've already done getslash/dessert#32). It just requires publishing a new version and ensuring a wheel is built which most tooling defaults to enabled these days. How are new releases published to pypi?

Oh you're asking about THIS repo, not dessert. The step is indeed missing. I believe @ayalash is going to add it as a part of the maintenance changes she's working on.

I pinged you because you're a maintainer, not all packages have github workflows (suggesting an alternate means of publishing) and you're the direct owner of emport. I don't care if there's a github workflow or not, my ask is that for the next release, to please update the process to produce wheels.
