pyproject.toml should have license metadata #304
Description
Having the license specified in pyproject.toml enables sites like PyPI to automatically report the license type based on published wheel data.
As part of automated software scanning, this is incredibly useful as the alternative is needing a tool to resolve python's zep-cloud library to this repository, then find/scrape the corresponding LICENSE file.
