Overview

Follow-up to #21741 — renames the debug test tags to match the new --cache-idle-slots flag naming as suggested:

  • __TEST_TAG_CLEAR_IDLE_ENABLED____TEST_TAG_CACHE_IDLE_SLOTS_ENABLED__
  • __TEST_TAG_CLEAR_IDLE_SLOT____TEST_TAG_CACHE_IDLE_SLOT__
