This PR fixes a small annoyance with
scripts/compare-llama-bench.py. Currently you have to provide the exact 8 first characters of a commit hash for the code to work. If you copy-paste the full commit hash it does not work. This PR makes it so that it only matches the first 8 characters of explicitly provided commit hashes to find commits.
