Would it make sense to add something like a "confirmed-feature" to protect feature requests from auto closing as well? e.g. #4385 was autoclosed and manually re-opened. |

Prevent marking from stale issues with the
bugtag (as opposed tobug-unconfirmed), since these should have been verified to be bugs by a collaborator.
