Windows install doesn't work (win11)

I've tried this:

D:\DevTools\git3-cli>yarn install-windows yarn run v1.22.17 error Command "install-windows" not found. info Visit https://yarnpkg.com/en/docs/cli/run for documentation about this command.

And this:

D:\DevTools\git3-cli>yarn install yarn install v1.22.17 [1/5] Validating package.json... [2/5] Resolving packages... success Already up-to-date. Done in 0.68s.

^^^ didn't change anything, git3 wasn't installed

And even this (from git bash):

$ ./install.sh
git3: unsupported OS type: MINGW64_NT-10.0-22621
