Minimize MCLAG mentions in the docs

I've taken a quick look. @Frostman, could you please clarify whether:

• user-guide/host-settings: currently explains MCLAG then compares ESLAG to it. Remove the comparison, or just reorder to lead with ESLAG?
• user-guide/connections: has an MCLAG section with config examples. Keep as reference, add deprecation warning, or remove?
• user-guide/devices: has an MCLAG switch group example alongside ESLAG. Keep both, or only show ESLAG?
• running VLAB / Demo: the default topology includes MCLAG. Shall we remove MCLAG from all the examples?
• install-upgrade/build-wiring: lists MCLAG as a connection type with a diagram. Remove MCLAG or just reorder?

we probably don't want to break vlab gen default atm, we should probably suggest some flags to run no mclag option
