Error saving GitHub window to layout

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open GitHub Window
2. Initialize Repository
3. Save Layout
4. Change Layout
5. Return to saved Layout

Expected: Layout with GitHub window. Showing initialized repository with one commit.
Result: Layout with GitHub window. Showing project without initialized repository.

Hey @cdodge89 I've been testing with the latest alpha and I can no longer reproduce this issue. Let me know if you can. I'm going to close this out.
