Deleted files have an incorrect icon #92
Description
If a file has been deleted, we need to either load a generic icon for it or show the icon that Unity would show if the file hadn't been deleted. We're currently defaulting to showing folder icons for files that have meta files (because we consider them a parent with children), which isn't very nice.
