This PR is a workaround of the bugs in #421

  1. Added functions RefreshLog and RefreshStatus to Repository
  2. Added forced calls to UpdateGitStatus and UpdateLog to all commit operations in Repository
  3. Replaced calls to CheckLogChangedEvent and CheckStatusChangedEvent with calls to RefreshLog and RefreshStatus respectively in OnEnable of ChangesView and HistoryView
  4. Added a call to UpdateConfigData to all commit operations in RepositoryManager to resolve branch disappearing effect
