Note: This pull request will merge to
enhancements/repository-watcher-refactor-rollupPicking up github-for-unity/sfw#4 fix. SFW was triggering a create event right after a rename event that was just wrong.
Also adding a version file with the hash of the commit from which sfw binaries were built, so we can track this stuff.
