Undocumented dependency on Base64.

I believe this is a dependency, but not listed as in package.json:

package.json is a bit out of date now and could do with a big overhaul. The base64 implementation is by Tyler Akins, though I suppose any one of the many libs out there would do the job OK.

Have you used the lib from dankogai and it works fine?
