Fix NPM registry

Could you please fix the package on NPM registry?

By running `npm install github-api' will install darvin's repository which is two versions old and not working properly.

also I emailed the maintainer of github.js on NPM and he is going to transfer it to me, so we could start publishing this as github.js everywhere, since there is already a github on npm, and this one refers to itself as github.js in the readme, github on github and github-api on NPM

the .js (versus just github) usually indicates that it should work in any JS environment, which is true here. the github module on NPM only works in node
