I managed to do the dbscheme upgrade wrong in #6587, so now dbscheme upgrades are broken for JavaScript.
upgrade.propertiesfile in thelibfolder.semmlecode.javascript.dbschemefile in the upgrade script when I made a hotfix to the dbscheme.This PR should fix it.
